Rare Learning X is committed to providing high-quality education, training, and digital resources. Because our products are delivered electronically and provide immediate value, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are granted, when they are not, and how to request one.

Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital products—such as:

  •  Online courses

  •  E-books

  •  PDFs

  • Templates

  • Checklists

  • Spreadsheets

  • Video trainings

  • Digital downloads

 

are non-refundable, regardless of whether they were accessed or downloaded.

Reason: Digital content cannot be returned once delivered.

Online Courses & Membership Programs

Unless otherwise specified on a specific product page:

  • All course sales are final.

  • Membership or subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Payment plan purchases must be completed in full, even if you stop using the product.

 

If a course includes a money-back guarantee, the guarantee terms will be clearly listed on that specific offer page.

Coaching & Consulting

All coaching, consultation, or strategy session fees are non-refundable. This includes:

 

  • 1-on-1 coaching

  • Group coaching

  • Strategy sessions

  • Live trainings

  • Workshops

  • Retainers

 

If you miss or cancel an appointment without adequate notice (24–48 hours depending on your policy), the session may be forfeited.

Physical Products

  • Refunds may be available only for unused, unopened items.

  • Customers must request a return within 7–14 days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in account suspension, collection activity, or legal action.

Payment plans are not subscriptions—they are financial commitments to pay the full amount.

Events, Seminars & Workshops

Tickets to live or virtual events are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another attendee if you contact us at least 72 hours before the event.

If the event is canceled by the company, a full refund or credit may be issued.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us for support is considered a breach of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Deny future services

  • Restrict access

  • Pursue legal or collection action

for fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

Refund Request Process

If your product explicitly includes a refund or guarantee, you must:

  2.   Provide your name, order number, and proof of purchase

  3. Explain the reason for your request

  4. Submit any required documentation (if a guarantee applies)

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional situations such as:

 

  • Duplicate charges

  • Accidental multiple purchases

  • Verified technical issues preventing access

These exceptions must be reviewed and approved case-by-case.
