This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, processing times, and delivery for physical products purchased through RARE Learning X.

Please note: Digital products, courses, and online materials are delivered instantly via email or your account login and are not subject to shipping.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Free shipping promotions may be offered at certain times.

International Shipping

• We currently DO NOT ship to countries outside the United States.

Order Tracking

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• RARE Learning X is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

• If your package is damaged upon arrival, contact the carrier immediately and email us at rarelearningx@gmail.com.

• We may assist in filing claims with the carrier.

Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at rarelearningx@gmail.com before your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• Please see our Refund Policy for digital and physical products.

• For physical products, returns or exchanges must be approved and returned in original condition.
